It's time to buckle up those shoes and head skiing (if travelling in winter). The slopes of the hill town, perched at an altitude of 8100 feet, are ideal for both novice and experienced skiers.

Things to do in Narkanda

Jau Baug is a sight to behold with its lush green meadows surrounded by tall mountains. Travellers visit Jau Baug as a trekking destination, and it takes around 2 to 3 hours to cover the complete route of 8kms. It’s also believed that Pandavas lived here.
Many apple orchards can be found on Stokes Farm. These orchards are one of Narkanda's most distinctive experiences, and you shouldn’t miss the opportunity to walk around these exciting farms and spawning green fields.
Khara Pathar is a spot that embodies the phrase "time stands still." It is an ideal leisure resort in the centre of nature's rich bounties to the area. Lush forests, expansive views, great walking and hiking routes, and the allure of apple orchards combine to make this an ideal leisure trip.
Unwind yourself by sitting beside the Tanni Jubbar Lake and catching the reflection of the surrounding tall pine trees and hills in the lake. Situated in Eco Park, this natural lake has an ancient nag temple. It’s a good picnic spot, or you can enjoy its natural beauty.
